The first in a four part series of films in collaboration with Romance Journal marking one year since the Women's March. The series shares the individual perspectives of a group of strident women around around the topic of RESISTANCE.

Director ALMA HAR'EL is known for her beautifully magic realist documentaries BOMBAY BEACH (2011) and LOVETRUE (2016) as well as a host of evocative and enchanting music videos including Sigur Rós - Fjögur Píanó with Shia LaBeouf. She is interviewed by her close friend and actress ALIA SHAWKAT who became well know for her character Maeby on ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT and now currently stars in the series SEARCH PARTY.

Women Under the Influence talk to Natasha and Chloe about their experiences with women directors and getting the confidence to step into the director's chair.
